15 Simple Home Remedies to Treat Back Acne Scars Effectively

1. Lemon
Apply some freshly squeezed lemon juice to the acne scars on your back. Wash off with pain water after 15 minutes and lather on a good moisturizer.





2. Turmeric Powder and Sour Cream
Prepare a smooth paste by mixing sour cream with fine turmeric powder. Apply it onto the scars regularly for 15 to 20 minutes.

3. Tomato
Take half of a tomato and rub the affected parts of your back with it. Do it gently for 15 minutes or so and then, wash off.


4. Tea Tree Oil
Add a few drops of tea tree oil to a wet washcloth and attach it to a back scratcher. Now, massage the affected areas with it gently by following small, circular motions.
5. Olive Oil
Apply pure olive oil all over your back and massage slightly with your fingertips. Let it sit for 10 minutes or so. Then, wipe it away with a paper towel or dry washcloth.
6. Vitamin E Oil
Open a few vitamin E capsules and apply the extract onto your back acne scars. Wait for 30 minutes (leaving overnight is even better). Then, rinse with plain water.
7. Potatoe
Peel and finely grate a large potato. Massage the troubled spots on your back with it for some time. Let the juice get soaked by your skin. Then, wash off with plain cold water.
8. Cucumber
Grate a medium-sized cucumber and apply it onto your acne scars for 15 to 20 minutes. You can also make a paste of it by using a blender and spread that over your back twice a day.
9. Garlic
Mash a few large garlic cloves and apply it onto the acne scars present on your back. Rinse off with water after some time.
10. Pineapple
Take a few pineapple cubes and crush them in a blender to extract the juice. Apply it to the affected parts of your skin with the help of a cotton ball. Wash away after 20 to 25 minutes.
11. Honey
Apply pure raw (and if possible, organic) honey directly to your back acne scars. Leave it for 10 minutes and then, rinse away with normal water.
12. Aloe Vera
Massage the scars on your back with some freshly extracted aloe vera gel. Let your skin absorb it fully. After that, wash off slowly.
13. Orange Peels
Dry some orange peels right under the sun at least for 2 to 3 days. Make fine powder of the dried peels. Then, add some water to it and prepare a thick smooth paste. Apply it regularly onto the scars.



14. Baking Soda
Make an even batter by adding 1 tablespoon of baking soda to 2 tablespoons of water. Rub the troubled areas of your skin with it for a couple of minutes. Move your fingertips gently in small circular motions. Then, rinse it away with cold water.
15. Nutmeg, Honey and Cinnamon Powder
Take equal amounts of nutmeg powder, pure honey and cinnamon powder and mix them well. Apply the concoction onto your back acne scars and wait for next 5 to 10 minutes. Then, wash off with plain cold water and pat dry the skin.
