Consume gelatin:  Gelatin is a processed version of protein that is found in most animals.  Studies show that consuming gelatin can tighten loose skin and improve elasticity.  It is recommended to eat 2 tablespoons of gelatin a day.  You can find it in marshmallows and in a powder form that you can incorporate in cereals, teas, and oatmeal.

Coffee scrub:  Making a coffee scrub from household items can help with reducing cellulite.  You can use ¾ coffee grounds, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, and 2-3 tablespoons of coconut oil.  This mixture will create a paste which can be used to massage into skin.  When massaging it into your skin, use firm pressure.  Complete this 2-3 times a week or more if needed.

Detox baths:  Taking a detox bath, can help you to release built up toxins that your body accumulates over time.  Nutritional and Lifestyle Coach Linda Wagner says you can mix 1 cup of Epsom salt in bath water and soak for at least 30 minutes.  You will leave the bath feeling lethargic because of all the toxins your body released.  Make sure to drink a glass of water when you are finished to replenish your body.

Vitamin Supplements:  Ensuring that you are getting your required daily intake of vitamins and nutrients is essential.  Vitamins B6, A, and E are all vital when improving cellulite.  Vitamin B6 is commonly found in fish and bananas and it establishes strong connective tissue.  Vitamin A is an antioxidant that helps repair damaged connective tissue and collagen.  Vitamin E is another antioxidant that can fight free radicals that can store up in the body and cause cellulite.

Seaweed bath:  So this is not the most appeasing bathing method, but there is some research that proves this works.  You will fill the bath with as much seaweed as you feel necessary and soak for 20 minutes 2 times a week.   The skin will not only look tighter, it also feels tighter.  Even though this method works; unfortunately, it is only temporary.

Dry brushing:  Throughout all of my research, this seems to be the most effect way to reduce cellulite.  According to Nutritional and Lifestyle Coach Linda Wagner, you can get a thick heavy duty, brush which I like to call a horse brush, and you rub it in circular motions around cellulite problem areas.  Dry brushing helps remove dead skin layers, stimulates hormone and oil glands, and tightens the skin.  This process also helps in detoxifying and increasing circulation.
