Benefits of Soaking Almonds in Water


Almonds are considered to be the most nutritious of all nut varieties and an important part of a balanced diet. It is a native to the Middle Eastern, South Asian and North African continents. Basically, it contains proteins, folic acid, Vitamin E, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids apart from the following essential mineral nutrients-

Almond oil when applied to the hair gives it a healthy sheen and makes it bouncy.
