1. Spinach, Mango and Cucumber Juice
Ingredients:
  • Spinach – 1 small thick bunch
  • Mango – 1 medium-sized
  • Cucumber – 1 small
Directions:
Peel both the mango and the cucumber and make small cubes of them. Chop the fresh spinach roughly. Put everything inside a food processor and blend them into a rich delicious smoothie.

2. Lemon, Pear and Cucumber Juice
Ingredients:
  • Lemon – 1 large
  • Pear – 2 medium-sized

  • Apple – 1 large

Directions:
